Who Are We?
BK96 is an online casino platform built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. We understand that local players have different priorities — from the types of games they enjoy, to the payment methods they are familiar with, right down to the language they are most comfortable with. That is why every aspect of the BK96 is designed with Malaysian users in mind.
Our Mission
Mission BK96 is simple: to be the most trusted, most user-friendly and most enjoyable online entertainment platform in Malaysia. We believe every player deserves a fair gaming experience, seamless transactions and support that is always there when needed.
The Story Behind bk96
Journey BK96 began in 2018, when a group of passionate individuals in the digital entertainment industry spotted a significant gap in the Malaysian market. At the time, most available online casino platforms were owned by foreign companies that did not truly understand local players' needs. Interfaces in unfamiliar languages, payment methods requiring international accounts, and customer support only reachable during certain hours — all of these were barriers to an enjoyable gaming experience.
Founding team BK96 chose to take a different approach. Rather than copying foreign platform models, we built the platform from the ground up with a full focus on Malaysian users. Bahasa Malaysia as the primary language, integration with local payment systems such as FPX and digital wallets, and a support team fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English — these are not added features, they are core to the identity of bk96.
In terms of the game catalogue, BK96 partners with more than 20 world-class casino software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Playtech and Microgaming. This ensures players can always enjoy the latest games with top-tier graphics, innovative game mechanics and competitive return-to-player (RTP) rates.
